Young Brighton mum jailed for stabbing ex in the back
1:58pm Saturday 16th February 2013 in News
An 18-year-old woman has been jailed for three-and-a-half years after stabbing her ex in the back.
Young mum Amie Bray, of no fixed address but from Brighton, knifed Psarlay Jabarkhail as 999 operators listened in.
Lewes Crown Court was told that Mr Jabarkhail, who used to date Bray, had broken up with her when the attack took place.
She turned up at the home he shared with housemates in Brighton on March 10, 2012, and slashed at his wrists.
When she realised he had called 999 she launched at him again, stabbing him in the back.
He was taken to hospital but survived. In court she admitted assault.
Martha Walsh, prosecuting, said Bray lashed out, stabbing Mr Jabarkhail in the back.
When police and paramedics arrived Bray was “shaking” and sitting on the stairs.
She had tried to injure herself.
Bray wept as she was sentenced to three-and-a-half years in prison and was then ordered to stay at mental health unit Hellingly Hospital.

Fact is that this is not the first instance where individuals who have attempted grievous bodily harm/murder have been sentenced to a mental health facility.
Possibly more to the point, in view of the objections raised, not all of them were women. Peter Bryan and Robin Stanislaw Ligus being but two of them

Truth amie began a relationship with Ali at the age of 15 Ali came into Britain as an illegal imagrant on a lorry seeking asylum saying he was 14 and he's family we're shot dead in front of him in Afghanistan amie and Ali had a volatile relationship he was extreamly physically and mentally abusive to her and she became pregnant and before you judge me amie was in the care of west Sussex social services because of her extreme behaviour problems we have tried for years to get her help but the system simply failed her she stayed at home and foster care during her pregnancy and would visit Ali and come home in tears as he would say to her if you dont have sex with me i will go find another girl she loved him she gave birth to a beautifull baby girl Ali however was not 16 but is believed to be 26 his family are alive and well in Afghanistan I have informed social services who incidentally pay for him to live in a lovely flat with all the help and support he needs and I believe in England it is illegal to have sex with a minor a simple dental record would prove he's age but the authority's wont listen he takes drugs and drinks he's given amie black eyes makes threats to bomb our country and when amie stabbed him he had dragged her into the bedroom pulled her knickers and trousers down to have sex against her will she has lost her baby and although I do not condone for one minute what she has done where is the justice for what he has done to her she has no voice she is a young woman who has lost her child and is heartbroken and in pieces we just pray as a family that she will get well enough to come home one day and I'm glad her younger sister has not read these comments from you small minded people who only read and judge people on one side of the story!!!

Now here's yet ANOTHER woman attempting murder. What does she get? A stay in a mental hospital. Because she's a woman. And any woman who commits a crime 'must be a delicate flower who isn't thinking straight". Amazing how many women plead, and get away with such blatant lies.
Feminists want equality? Yeah, right.
We're all equal in the eyes of the law. Unless you are a man...
