Simone Muzzall and friends set out on their sponsored walk
Friends of a mother whose two baby daughters died walked 18 miles to raise money for a headstone.
Simone Muzzall’s daughter Casey was stillborn at 21 weeks.
Seven years later her daughter Destiny was born 12 weeks premature.
She survived just five days and then tragically also died.
Her friends Kayley Southwell, Terri Nott and Sandra Taylor walked 18 miles on Saturday, February 23, to raise money to pay for a headstone.
Kayley thanked the generous supporters who came out to support them on their walk – helping them collect more than £100 from their street collection alone.
They hope to have raised enough to pay for a headstone at the city cemetery and any money left over will be donated to the Trevor Mann baby unit where Destiny was cared for.
To add your support contact Kayley on 07989 198316.
