Anything to do with the ridiculous bus lane and traffic heading southbound having to cross the bus lane to get to the side road that they want?

probably to do with a lapse of concentration or a reckless manouevre by one or both drivers is my guess. Why is the bus lane ridicuous? I drive down the A 23 regularly and its never struck me as ridiculous.

It is ok when you are travelling straight along the road but when travelling southbound and turning left is a problem and nobody seems to know who has priority, reaffic in bus lane or in the other lane.
