The 27-year-old nephew of Chris Eubank has appeared in court charged with beating up a woman.
Luke Simon Eubank of High Croft Villas, Brighton, has been remanded in custody after appearing at Brighton Magistrates’ Court accused of a string of offences.
He is charged with battery against a 25-year-old woman, criminal damage and using violence to gain entry to the woman’s property, making threats to kill and a public order offence.
He is due to be bought back before the court on Monday, March 4.
