Two arrested after drugs raids in Hastings
Two houses were raided by police in Hastings on February 28.
The first happened at 10.30am at a property in CastleGardens, Hastings and the second at Wellington Square, Hastings an hour later.
While searching, the officers found what is believed to be crack cocaine and approximately £30,000 in cash.
Two men, a 33-year-old and a 36-year-old from Hastings, were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a Class A drug and money laundering.
They have been released on bail until May 19.
Detective Constable Dave Elcock, Hastings CID, said: "This is yet another good example of intelligence led policing.
"I would encourage anyone with any information about drugs or drug dealing to come forward and make that all important call to police. Your information could be that vital piece of evidence needed to make an arrest and further disrupt drug activity in our town."
