Police launch search for missing Eastbourne teenager

Police have launched a search for a missing teenager.

Arminas Sipavicius, 15, of Susans Road, Eastbourne, last spoke to his mum on Wednesday but she has had no contact with him since.

A police spokesman said it is possible he is in the London area but they are anxious to find him to establish that he is safe and well.

He is described as white, 5' 10" tall, of medium build with short light brown hair.

It is not known what he was wearing when he was last seen.

A police spokesman said: “Although Arminas is a fairly 'street wise' teenager, he is only 15 years of age and understandably his mother is extremely worried about him.

“If anyone knows of Arminas’ whereabouts, or thinks they may have seen him, then we would urge them to call police immediately on 101.

"We just want to establish that he is safe.”
