The Iconic Legends collecting money for Comic Relief outside TK Maxx in Brighton
Superheroes and villains were spotted doing their part for charity yesterday (March 10).
Batman, Wolverine and friends took a break from their day jobs to collect money for Comic Relief outside TK Maxx in North Street.
The impressive set of characters were from the Iconic Legion – a group of comic book and sci-fi enthusiasts who dress up for charity.
The authentic bunch raised nearly £600 through collection boxes and the sale of Comic Relief T-Shirts.
A spokesman said: “Our guys loved it and the public did too. We raised nearly £600 today which goes towards our total of around £5,000. Thanks to everyone for their donations.”
