Sussex Police are appealing for help to find out how George Gardiner was injuried
A man who was found unconscious with serious head and body injuries at the weekend remains in a critical condition.
George Gardiner was discovered by a member of the public near the adventure park complex on the A259 Seafront Road in Hastings at about 6.30am on Sunday, March 10.
Police are appealing for any information to piece together what happened to the man, who is in his 20s.
He had been out with friends in the town the previous day and was last seen at the Black Market pub on the seafront at about 11.30pm.
Detective Inspector Rob Morland said: “Where he then went afterwards and who he was with remains a mystery.
“If you saw him or know his movements after 11.30pm until he was found lying unconscious at 6.30am on March 10, then please get in touch.”
Anyone with information should call 101, quoting Op Spring.
