REDDITCH’S Julie Wedgbury took part in the 37th Marathon de Paris.
Wedgbury, a member of Arrow Valley Runners, was one of 50,000 competitors who tackled the course, which takes them around around the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral and the Bastille.
She completed the race in four hours, 14.24 minutes.
Meanwhile, five members of Arrow Valley stayed closer to home and completed the Leamington Regency Run.
Rachel Winch (56.13), Julie Brown (59.32), Barbara Moran (60.51), Karan Bridge (63.30) and Maureen Bateman (64.33) all completed the 10-kilometre run.
