A CONCERT performed by school pupils raised £700 for a north Hampshire children’s hospice.
The show at Robert May’s School, in Odiham, included solo recitals, student bands and a performance by the school’s teacher band – ‘Manic Street Teachers’.
The event raised money for Naomi House children’s hospice, adding to the £4,000 already generated by Robert May’s pupils over the last few years for the charity.
Natalie Hargreaves, funding co-ordinator at the hospice, in Sutton Scotney, said: “The students have done amazingly well to raise so much money. They were able to showcase their wonderful talent at what was a thoroughly entertaining night.”
