Nine people were hurt in a three-car collision near Gatwick Airport on Wednesday.
A lorry, a minibus and a taxi collided on the A23 Airport Way at Gatwick at 5.45pm.
The drivers of the white DAF lorry, the white Vauxhall Vivaro minibus and the blue Vauxhall Zafira taxi were all taken to East Surrey Hospital at Redhill suffering from minor injuries along with six passengers from the minibus.
The road was closed for a short time while the investigation was carried out and the wreckage was removed.
Police are appealing for witnesses.
Witnesses are asked to call 101 quoting serial 1247 of 26 June.
