Watchdog seek view of patients of A and E at Royal Sussex County Hospital
1:40pm Tuesday 30th July 2013 in News
A watchdog is asking people for their views on how a city’s health services deal with urgent cases.
Brighton and Hove Healthwatch is running a survey aimed at those who have either visited the accident and emergency department at the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton or needed to contact an out-ofhours GP.
They also want to hear from people who have needed to go to their pharmacist or dentist for urgent care and treatment.
The information collected in the survey will be kept completely confidential and only anonymous and collective experiences of using the services will be shared with providers.
It can be found at surveymonkey.com/s/ZKBS89V.
Call the Healthwatch office on 01273 810236 for a hard copy of the survey.
Healthwatch is run by local people and independent of both the NHS and the city council.
