The hunt is on for past winners in one of the county’s business awards scheme.

This year marks the silver jubilee of the Sussex Business Awards and the organisers are keen to find previous winners to join in the celebrations.

The organisers are keen to track down individuals and companies such as Hanover Displays from Lewes, winners of the Technology Award 1993; Janet Tatum, managing director of Toll House Toyota in Horsham and winner of the 1994 Sussex Businesswoman of the Year; Adrian Morgan and Heidi Shreeve, joint winners of the Business Management Student of the Year Award 1995.

There are 15 trophies up for grabs this year. Last year’s winners included Worthing–based firmMarlin Financial Group Ltd who received Sussex Company of the Year and Systagenix who took home two trophies - The Award for the Best Customer Service and The Award for Innovation in Business.

The awards will be presented at the Brighton Dome on December 5.

Organiser Caraline Brown, boss at Midnight Communications, said: “We all know that winning an award can make a difference to your business but we want to really bring this to life by featuring some of the winners from yesteryear.”
