Second free school bid from team behind Montessori Free School in Hove
12:20pm Monday 12th August 2013 in News
Organisers behind a revolutionary free school are preparing another bid to open.
Teachers and parents behind the proposed Montessori Free School in Hove are contacting residents who have previously registered an interest in the school.
The school’s backers are currently working on a new application to be submitted to the Department for Education for the school to open in September 2015 and need accurate figures for potential pupils.
A previous bid for free school status was rejected in May.
The school’s organisers are now urgently looking for more volunteers to make phone calls to parents who have signed up to the school.
Anyone who is looking to help can contact Dionne on 07984 783925 or visit facebook.com/MontessoriFreeSchool for more details.
