Young Brighton actors take a bow
9:42am Thursday 15th August 2013 in News
These young thespians took on the challenge to put on a play in a day – and the curtain fell on a successful production by the end of the day.
The children, aged between six and 16, brought along their own costumes and props and worked together as a theatre company to devise a play, write it, rehearse it and perform it in front of family and friends, all within five hours.
The workshop was staged by Stage Studio, which is based in Brighton, London and Surrey and teaches singing, dance and drama, at the Brighton Youth Centre in Edward Street, Brighton.
