This just in:
18:31 Rye to Ashford International has been cancelled. The 18:51 service is currently due to leave on time.
Traffic also building along the Old Shoreham Road. Avoid if you can.
Reports of heavy traffic on the A23 between Lewes Road (St Peters Church) and the Old Steine.
Traffic on the seafront also starting to build up.
There is also a bit of traffic around the Balcombe area this afternoon as a result of the Fracking demonstrations. Best to avoid.
No major problems on the trains so far. However, there have been some signalling problems at East Croydon and Clapham Junction this afternoon - so the possibility of delays in and out of London.

Heavy traffic on A24 both ways between B2237 Warnham Road / Robin Hood Lane / Daux Hill (Robin Hood Roundabout) and A264 (Great Daux Roundabout).
A lorry is stuck under a bridge in The Drove, Brighton. The road is closed in both directions
The vehicle is said to be stuck under a bridge around Miller Road which is between South Road and Dyke Road.
