It's predictably sluggish on the A27 both ways at Broadwater Street West. Queues busy but moving at Grove Lodge Roundabout.
There's heavy traffic in Brighton from St Peter's Church all the way down to the Old Steine.

Traffic is slow on the southbound A21 London Road near Flimwell at the A268 Hawkhurst Road. Roadworks the culprit again.
News of another clogged road. This time it’s the A21 northbound near Battle, where drivers can expect 10 minute delays between the A265 and A262 junctions.
It's those pesky roadworks again - this time in Seaford. To avoid delays, bus services from Brighton will now be heading out from the Sealife Centre.
Roadworks are causing delays on the A259 Newhaven Road at Bishopstone with queues stretching back both ways between Buckle Bypass and B2109 Denton Roundabout.
Reports coming in of congestion on the A27 eastbound between the junctions with the A29 North and the A284 East. Currently queues are backing up causing 10 minute delays.
Apparently traffic should be back to normal by 5:45. Not much help if you're trying to get home for Pointless on BBC2 at 5:15. Cracking show.
