Merissa McColm found dead in Brighton flat was not murdered, police confirm
Police investigating the death of a woman in Brighton have said she was not murdered.
The body of 31-year-old Merissa McColm was found at her flat in Barclay House, Wellington Road, on Sunday, August 25 this year.
A 43-year old local man, believed to be her boyfriend, had been arrested on suspicion of murder and subsequently released on police bail.
The death is no longer being treated as suspicious and an inquest is due to take place in Brighton on December 19.
