A 24-year-old man will appear in court charged with stabbing a man.
The victim, a 22-year-old man from Peacehaven, was a passenger in a vehicle on Preston Drove, Brighton, at 5.20pm on Sunday, November 3 when it was forced to stop by another vehicle.
The victim got out of the car and tried to avoid his attackers but was caught and stabbed. The victim made his way to a shop nearby where an ambulance was called and he was taken to hospital to be treated.
Ricky Kilshaw, of Falconers Court, Little High Street, Shoreham, has been charged with wounding with intent, driving without insurance, driving without a licence and possession of cannabis with intent to supply and remanded in custody to appear at Brighton Magistrates' Court today.
Jake Moss, 22, of Fishersgate Close, Portslade, has previously been charged with wounding with intent in connection with the incident.
Detective Inspector Mick Jones from Brighton CID said: "Although we have charged two people over this incident we would still like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time who we have not had contact with yet.
"If you know anything about what happened please get in touch."
