This was the dramatic scene following a car fire yesterday.
Crews were called to Church Street, Shoreham, following the blaze shortly at 3pm.
A member of the Shoreham-by-Sea Facebook group took this photo.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
A West Sussex Fire and Rescue spokeswoman said two vehicles were damaged in the blaze.
