A Brighton charity has revamped the kitchen in its new premises thanks to a £4,000 grant.
Whoopsadaisy, founded in 2007, provides remedial care in Brighton for school-aged children suffering from cerebral palsy and similar motor disorders.
It recently moved to new premises leased from Brighton and Hove City Council, an old Victorian cricket pavilion which required refurbishment and redecoration, in particular to its kitchen facilities.
The Sussex region of children's charity Wooden Spoon provided a grant of £4,000 towards the refit of the kitchen.
It means Whoopsadaisy will now be able to accommodate 71 children in its various activities.
A spokesman for Wooden Spoon in Sussex said "All Spoon activities are focussed towards successful projects that bring maximum benefit to Children and Young People who really need our help.
"Whoopsadaisy is a brilliant example of the generosity of individuals who freely give their valuable time to help others. Spoon Sussex is proud to be associated with them in helping to refurbish their new premises."
