A ‘hopeless romantic’ has appealed in The Argus to find a “beautiful blonde lady” who caught his eye in a city centre bar.

Nick was in cocktail venue All Bar One in Pavilion Parade, Brighton, when he spotted the woman.

But rather than walking over to her and asking for her number, he allowed her to leave.

Now he is regretting his actions and has appealed in The Argus for help.

He paid for an advert in the newspaper on Thursday, December 19 to find the unnamed heartbreaker.

However, so far, no one has responded to his calls.

We are keen for him to find the woman of his dreams so have replicated his advert below.

The romantic advert, described as a “Missed Connection”, said: “Were you in All Bar One?

“Are you about 5’ 5” blonde, with a beautiful smile – drinking with another taller female friend and about six guys (from work by the looks of it)?

“You looked at me (6’ 2”, fair haired, blue shirt, having a drink at the bar with my tall female friend) over your shoulder as you left.

“If so please get in touch – you looked lovely.”

He added: “I am not crazy I promise – just a hopeless romantic.”

All Bar One, Brighton said: “We always knew All Bar One was the perfect place to meet people. Let’s hope there’s a happy ending to this search for love.”

Nick, who loves sailing and surfing, was in All Bar One on 10.30pm on Friday, December 13.
