A garage was gutted in a fire on Saturday.

The fire broke out in the ground floor workshop of a garage in Terminus Road, Chichester, shortly after 1am.

Crews from West Sussex attended the scene.

The garage suffered 100 per cent of damage by heat and smoke and 50 per cent damage by fire.

The cause of the blaze is being investigated.

terminus road, rather a lot of garages along that road, in fact it probaly has more garages along it that any other road in sussex. just about every major marque is represented as well as preowned and special imports, not to mention an car auction. so who ever didnt want a bye line for this snippet of news didnt appear to know the exact location. surprisingly wscc fire & rescue page has nothing on it about this incident either.
any cheap smoke damaged bargains around?, I could quite fancy a smoke damaged DB9
