Brawby drain work
DRAINAGE work will begin next week at Brawby, near Malton, meaning the route to the village via Great Barugh will be closed for eight weeks.
In the event of alternative routes through Barton Le Street to Butterwick, Brawby and Salton being flooded, the Highways Agency is expected to put up warning signs to prevent further disrupted journeys.
