FAILING to wear a seatbelt while driving has cost a woman a £40 fine from Bolton magistrates.
Julie Orton, aged 42, of Knutshaw Crescent, Hunger Hill, Bolton, was caught committing the offence in a Peugeot car in St Helens Road, Bolton, on July 16.
The case against her was proved in her absence and she was also ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge.
