RESIDENTS in Little Hulton and Walkden are being asked to come up with ways of saving money because the council has to slash £25 million from its budget.
Salford City Council is to place ballot boxes at its civic centre where people can fill in a form with ideas.
The scheme has been called SOS — Suggest Our Savings — and the responses will all go to the council’s leadership team to see if they are feasible.
