A MOTORIST caught driving a car at Burnden Retail Park without insurance has been fined by Bolton magistrates.
James Hughes, aged 43, of Linacre Avenue, Great Lever, admitted committing the offence on September 2.
He was fined £200 and ordered to pay £35 prosecution costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
