Rail users are experiencing delays this morning after lightning damage.

Lightning struck at around 6.30am this morning in the Angmering and Barnham area causing signalling problems.

Delays are still ongoing with Southern services between Littlehampton and London; and Bognor and Brighton affected.

Some services may divert via Horsham at short notice.
