A van driver has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after a motorcyclist was killed.
Emergency services were called to the collision in Harbour Road, Rye, on Wednesday afternoon at 3.45pm.
The victim, who was riding a blue Suzuki SV1000 motorcycle, was a 20-year-old from Rye.
Police are yet to release his name.
Also involved in the accident were a white Vauxhall Combi van, driven by an 83-year-old man from Littlehampton, and a silver Vauxhall Zafira car, driven by a 28-year-old woman from Rye.
The 83-year-old was arrested and bailed until May 1 while enquiries continue.
Police are appealing for witnesses to call 101 quoting Operation Galloway.
