A music-loving resident was threatened with a hammer by robbers who stole valuable sound equipment from their home.

Three men burst into a flat in Seafield Road in Hove at about 11am on Tuesday February 11 and threatened the occupier with a hammer.

The trio then made off with a black Pioneer DJM800 mixing desk and a white Pioneer CDJ2000 turntable which combined cost about £3000.

Anyone with information is asked to call Sussex Police on 101 or email 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk quoting serial 0472 of 11/2.
