Three teens charged for daylight robbery and assault in Brighton
Three teenagers have been charged with robbery and assault after a man was attacked.
The victim was chased along Brighton's Edward Street into George Street on Tuesday (April 1) at 1pm, where he was assaulted and robbed of his mobile phone.
A 16-year-old from Brighton was charged with robbery, assault and possession of cannabis and a 16-year-old from Hove was charged with robbery and assault. They appeared at Brighton Magistrates' Court on Wednesday and were remanded in custody.
A 15-year-old boy from Brighton was charged with robbery and assault and also appeared at Brighton Magistrates' Court on Wednesday. He was bailed to appear before Eastbourne Youth Court on April 8.
