An internationally renowned photographer will have her work displayed in the UK for the first time.
New York-based photographer Barbara Nitke will show her provocative prints with a private view of her debut UK show at One Eyed Jacks Gallery, London Road, Brighton, tonight.
The show’s title, American Ecstasy, is taken from her recently published series of behind-the-scenes photographs of the American porn industry in the years 1982-1991.
The explicit exhibition features famed stars of the industry such as Ron Jeremy, Vanessa Del Rio and Nina Hartley.
The exhibition is the result of 12 years’ work as a set photographer in the industry.
