Three people have been charged with GBH after a fight in Brighton last October.

Three friends were attacked when they went to help another man who was being attacked on Madeira Terrace at around 4.40am on Saturday, October 5.

Today, Sussex Police announced three people had been charged in connection with the attack.

Jordan Rudwick, 18, a builder of New England Road, Brighton was charged with two counts of GBH and one of affray. He appeared at Brighton Magistrates Court on February 13.

Marcus Fraser, 20, unemployed of no given address was charged with possession of a controlled drug (MDMA), affray, breach of an antisocial behaviour order and two counts of GBH. He appeared at court on December 2 last year.

A 17-year-old boy from Brighton was also charged with two counts of GBH, and affray. He appeared at Brighton Youth Court on March 18.

They are due to appear at court on April 29.
