Two cars were vandalised with screws drilled into their wheels.
Sussex Police are appealing for witnesses after two cars were set upon in Eastbourne, between Wednesday 2 April and Monday 14 April.
The first incident, involving a blue Renault Megane, happened between Wednesday 2 April and Thursday 3 April, in Seaside, Eastbourne, causing £200 worth of damage.
The second incident, involving a blue Jaguar XJR, happened between Friday 11 April and Monday 14 April, in Myrtle Road, Eastbourne, causing £600 worth of damage.
PCSO Kathryn Harlow said: "Someone would have had to go to some lengths to drill screws into all 4 tyres of these vehicles.
"If anyone has any information about these crimes I would urge them to call 101 or email 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk quoting serials 1294 of 3/4 or 526 of 14/04. Alternatively, they can call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
