The open air performance of Passion of the Christ will going ahead despite the weather.
While there were concerns about whether the annual Soul by the Sea performance of the play at St Peter's Church, Brighton, would go ahead, it is now been confirmed that there will still be two performances.
The first performance, with a delayed start of 2.30pm, however will not feature costumes due to the weather.
The second performance, starting at 4.30pm, is hoped by organisers to feature the full show - costumes and all.
