Traffic queues on A27 now clearing
DELAYS this morning on the westbound section of the A27 at Coldean are now clearing.
The delays have been due to a reported spillage of diesel, recovery work and an accident with a lorry and a car involved between the A270 Lewes Road and the A23 London Road at Patcham.
The lorry has spilled a substantial amount of fuel and a car has spun as a result.
The road was open by 7am and traffic looked like it was starting to clear by 7.24am.
