A radio presenter has challenged the Prime Minister to write a poem a show his human side.
Radio Reverb presenter Joseph Tucker is calling on all political leaders to turn to verse to reach out and engage with voters.
The Brighton-based poet was responding to criticisms of Newsnight presenter Jeremy Paxman that modern poets do not engage with the real world and should start addressing the public.
Inspired by this, Mr Tucker took to the streets of Brighton to ask people how they would respond to a poem by David Cameron and the responses can be heard on his radio show Jojosdojo on Radio Reverb 97.2fm this Sunday at 2pm.
The show will also feature a poem written by Mr Tucker inspired by the recent events.
