A HOSPICE needs volunteers to help at its annual midnight walk A Night to Remember.
The fundraiser for St Barnabas House hospice will take place from 9pm on June 21 until 9am the next morning and will see hundreds of women walk seven, 13.1 or 20 mile routes along the seafront and through the town.
The hospice is looking for 50 volunteers to help with registration, marshal the route and serve breakfast to the walkers when they return.
Lucy Bone, event organiser, said: “The Night to Remember Midnight Walk is now in its seventh year and the help our volunteers give is vital to ensure the ongoing success of the event.
“We particularly need help between 4am and 9am, however any time that can be given will be gratefully received.”
