A MUSEUM is offering discounts to readers of The Argus.

Amberley Museum and Heritage Centre, mid-way between Arundel and Storrington, is a family-orientated open-air museum dedicated to the industrial heritage of the south east.

Ruth Dewdney, communications manager, said: “A lot of people have heard of the museum so what we are hoping is to remind them we are here.

“We have more than 40 buildings on site, some old originals and others newly built, and large exhibition halls.”

Amberley is soon to unveil an early years trail, allowing children under school age to explore the museum site.

Ruth added: “I did a test run of the trail with my two children, Edward, almost 2, and Charlie, 4, and they both enjoyed it very much.”

Readers of The Argus are able to take up the museum’s monthly offers with The Argus Card.

The museum’s current offer is two-for-one admission, with the cheapest entrant free. The offer runs until the end of July.
