A GROUP of surgeons will set off from West Sussex to complete a 500 mile charity bike ride in six days.
The KSS Wheelers team will leave Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead on June 26 and cycle to the British Association of Maxillofacial Surgeons conference in Edinburgh to raise £10,000 for Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance.
Jeremy Collyer, team leader, said: “We are all involved with the care of facial trauma patients in Kent, Surrey and Sussex and passionately support the valuable care that the Air Ambulance provides.
“We decided to support the air ambulance because of its essential part of health care within Kent, Surrey and Sussex area.”
