PROJECTS promoting ecological and environmental planning and development are up for an award at a new ceremony.

Among the nominees at the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM) awards are the Medmerry Managed Realignment Scheme, between Selsey and Bracklesham in West Sussex, and the Sussex Wildlife Trust’s West Weald Landscape Project.

The CIEEM is a professional membership body representing and supporting ecologists and environmental managers in Britain and abroad.

The awards will take place at 11am on June 26 at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens.
