A WOMAN has shed new light on the identity of the mysterious pant man who was spotted walking without most of his clothes through Brighton in the early hours of the morning.
A Brighton resident, who does not wish to be named, said the mysterious young man knocked on her door at 5.30am on Sunday morning and told her his name was Cameron.
The Dyke Road Avenue resident said the man was perfectly polite and apologetic and told her he had come from a party elsewhere in the road.
She said: “He knocked on my door and said he had an appointment.
“He was just in his underpants and I later found his shirt and socks in my rear driveway.
“He was walking up the road trying to get into any gardens he could and while many have control pads, he just had to turn the handle to get through my gate.
“He was very apologetic for disturbing me.
“I just thought ‘that’s somebody’s son’ so I called the police to go and see if he was all right.
“I have children of my own so when I heard the knock at the door at that time I was worried something had happened to them but it was just a nearly naked man instead.”
