A snake-hunt is on after a python was stolen from a flat.
Pookie the king python was taken from a flat in Garden Walk, Crawley, between 2pm on June 9 and 7.30pm on June 10.
The snake’s owner returned home to find the top of Pookie’s enclosure had been lifted and the snake missing. Nothing else was taken.
Pookie is 2 ft, black, brown and sand coloured.
Anyone who has seen a snake matching Pookie’s description for sale or any information about the burglary is asked to contact police on 101 or email 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk quoting 1602 of 10/6.
