A man has been charged with three offences of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.

Ross John Smalley, 21, of Shelby Road, Worthing, was at the wheel of a Peugeot 206 which collided with a parked Mercedes-Benz A10 in Alinora Avenue, Goring, on April 15. He suffered minor injuries.

Three teenage girls who were in the rear of the Peugeot were seriously injured. A 20-year-old man in the front passenger seat was slightly injured.

Mr Smalley was charged on Friday June 27 and was released on bail to appear at Worthing Magistrates' Court on July 22.
