A 21-year-old girl has gone missing after she ran away from hospital.
Police are concerned for the welfare of Zoe Tatton, 21, who went missing from her home in Worthing on June 29.
Ms Tatton had been seen by her flat mate at Rowlands Road, Worthing, just after 3pm but when he returned home two hours later she had left leaving behind a note and her mobile phone.
She was later found by staff at Crawley Hospital in the early hours of Monday (30 June) and was taken to the East Surrey Hospital in Redhill, Surrey, for an assessment. But she made off from there at about 9.30am.
PC Mark Green said: "There is a real concern for Zoe who suffers from depression. She maybe in the Redhill area, Surrey, as this was the last sighting of her or she may have returned to Sussex. We urge Zoe to contact us to say she is OK.
"If anyone recognises her and knows where she is they are asked to contact police on 101 quoting serial of 29/6."
