Three men in their twenties have been arrested after a drugs raid.

Rother police officers executed a drugs warrant at an address in Asten Fields, Battle on July 3.

Three men aged 22, 20 and 21 were occupying the address at the time of the warrant and were all arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a Class B drug.

All three men were released on police bail until 8 September.

Warren Franklin, Rother District Commander Chief Inspector, said: "This drugs warrant is an excellent result and highlights to members of the public that we do not tolerate drug dealing in Rother and will take action against those who think they can get away with it.

"We will always fully investigate reports from members of the public relating to these kinds of offences and would encourage anybody with any suspicions to always make contact with police."
