THREE men have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a body was found in a basement flat.
In the early hours of yesterday morning a 30-year-old man with head injuries was found dead at a property in Upper Rock Gardens, Brighton.

It is now cordoned off with police tape with a PCSO standing guard.
Residents also told The Argus the property where the incident happened was occupied by two men.
One resident who did not wish to be named said: “I am shocked because I only saw them a couple of weeks ago.
“The flat is known as a bit of a party flat and can be noisy late into the night – but not in an aggressive way.”
Another resident, who also did not wish to be named, said: “First I heard about this was this morning when my girlfriend told me there was police tape outside – it is not nice to hear this happen on your doorstep.”
