First published in News

The driver of a BMW that burst into flames after crashing into another car has died from his injuries.

Ashley Abidoph, 28, was at the wheel of a BMW 520 when it smashed into a BMW 320 on June 28 in Polegate.

Emergency services were called to the junction of the A27 and Gainsborough at 7.47am.

Mr Abidoph, of Bowley Lane, Crystal Palace, London, was pulled from the burning car and flown by air ambulance to St George's Hospital, Tooting.

A 22-year-old man from London was arrested on suspicion of attempted car theft, dangerous driving and driving while disqualified. He was bailed until July 18. Two other men were arrested at the time on suspicion of car theft, but were later released with no further action.

The driver of BMW 320, a 45-year-old man from Eastbourne, suffered minor injuries and his passenger, a man aged 39 also from Eastbourne, suffered a serious back injury.

Police are still appealing for any witnesses to the collision or who saw the vehicles involved in the time leading up to it to email collision.appeal@sussex.pnn.police.uk or call 101 quoting Operation Foundation.

I'm guessing the 22 year old was a passenger arrested under that "law of parties" thing. I'm sure an expert will pipe up shortly. Maybe they had been driving earlier.

The plot thickens!

So you haven't the intelligence to answer my question?

Why did you bother posting, then?

I'm fully aware of what joint venture means with regard to theft of the vehicle. My original enquiry related to there being three people being reported in connection with driving two cars.

I only expect those with knowledge to answer it.

Sad , sad, pathetic child troll.
Shame you don't have the intelligence to understand the original comment.....
Oh well. I'm sure you'll reply to this with some useless comment about how clever you really are, and how stupid everyone else is!

Good luck trying to convince anyone else but yourself.

One 'plus' thing i suppose...... I always enjoy reading your blinkered views. It truly does make me laugh (at how pathetic you are).

Thank you for that. I really mean it.
Thank you.

Perfectly reasonable question as far as I can see.

I clearly didn't know why three drivers were referred to.

I also don't know why your terrorist mates in Hamas failed to turn up to agree a ceasefire then subsequently continued shelling Israel.
