Thousands of school pupils can now call themselves record breakers after taking part in a mass reading lesson.
Students from eight secondary schools in Eastbourne have received official Guinness World Records confirmation that they have broken the record for the largest reading lesson in multiple venues.
More than 3500 students and staff across Eastbourne, Hailsham and Seaford participated in a simultaneous lesson on Wednesday July 2.
