A MOTORSPORT-mad man has “pimped” out his mobility scooter to look like a Ferrari Formula 1 car.
Dean Johnson is disabled and a life-long fan of the sport so has taken it upon himself to deck his TGA mobility scooter out with official Ferrari Testarossa paintwork and wheels.
Mr Johnson lives with mobility difficulties resulting from heart disease and type-1 diabetes.
The 50-year-old from Northiam inherited the scooter when his father-in-law Percy Judd passed away.
He said: “I managed to find a company who could supply official Ferrari Testarossa paint and undercoat lacquer that would adhere to the body shell.
“I began work by meticulously dismantling the complete scooter so I could do a professional paint job.
“I am chuffed to bits with the end result.”
